Amorphous Ribbon Composite Adhesive
FS7380 and FS7381: Single-component epoxy adhesives designed for interlayer bonding of amorphous strip. They significantly enhance core strength while reducing losses and noise after curing.
Product Composition and FeaturesFormulated from specialty epoxy resin, dedicated hardener, and additives. Offers eco-friendly and practical advantages including low odor, low VOC content, and long shelf life.
Process & Applications: Interlayer composite molding for amorphous strips; forms a tacky adhesive layer after coating and drying, facilitating positioning of multiple strips via pressure bonding, followed by curing at 200~250°C under 0.5~2.0 MPa.
Performance BoostThe formed core enhances mechanical strength, reduces eddy current losses and motor operating noise, and prevents interlaminar corrosion.
Usage Restrictions: The formulation contains no inorganic salts or fillers, so it cannot withstand bluing or annealing processes.

Waterborne Epoxy Self-Adhesive Silicon Steel Coating
FS7360R is a single-component waterborne epoxy emulsion coating composed of specialty waterborne epoxy resin, dedicated curing agent, additives, and water.
Core FeaturesAfter application and baking, this coating forms a film on the substrate and requires curing at 160–250°C under 1.0–3.0 MPa pressure.
Performance AdvantagesThe coating offers excellent water resistance, high electrical insulation, and stamping performance. The formed core exhibits higher mechanical strength, effectively reduces eddy current losses and motor noise, and prevents interlaminar corrosion.

Water-based epoxy insulating resin
FS750(n) is a single-component waterborne epoxy insulation resin that delivers excellent electrical and bonding performance while being eco-friendly, safe, cost-effective, and easy to use.

Polythiol Epoxy Fast Curing Agent
The polysulfide curing agent series achieves rapid gelation and curing in 5 minutes under thin layers at low temperatures, offering high bond strength with low odor. It is the ideal choice for winter operations and fast repairs.
Core Performance: When blended with epoxy resins (such as E51), it rapidly gels and cures within 5 minutes even under low-temperature conditions and in thin film applications, while meeting high bond strength requirements.
